My name is Sarah, a 22 year old hobbyist. I am blessed to have such amazing people in my life. My boyfriend and family have always been so supportive of my ideas and dreams. I have a doggo named Apollo (I still count him as mine, even though he doesn't live with me lol). I drive a Jeep Wrangler, I had to add that in here because #JEEPLIFE!
I am still learning my way around the camera. At a young age I fell in love with taking pictures. I started out just playing around with my Mom's camera, a pink brick with a rubberized case. My first camera in general was a Nikon coolpix, super intelligent little thing. I received my first very own DSLR in 2011 I believe, it was a Canon Rebel T3. It was an amazing starter DSLR, but it was just time for an upgrade. This past year I started shooting with a Canon Rebel T7i, quite the jump from that T3.
When I started out with my T3, I didn't do much people photography. I would mostly stick to nature and puppers. I ventured out of my comfort zone at times, capturing my cousin's wedding, a different cousin's prom; here and there, just learning. Within the past two or three years I have captured weddings, minis, proms, portraits, seniors. Though I still need a little Pinterest posing help and inspiration, I think I have really come out of my shell.
I have much more learning to do, definitely not going to deny that. I learn something new almost everytime I shoot, just playing with settings, editing, and poses. Practice. Practice. Practice.
